This Addon provides the Ticketing system feature that collects all the customer support requests from a wide range of sources and manages them on the Ticket Information page, it automatically assigns the ticket to the relevant vendor.
A vendor can view all the tickets assigned to him and can do the following tasks:
- Add new Tickets for the users
- Assigning a ticket
- Reply to the Tickets
