Generating the Ticket through the option of the Support System Mention, the ticket is assigned to admin only.
The option Support System has a feature to
- Create a New Ticket
- Check Ticket Status
- Create a New Ticket from this option when the customer clicks on this he is directed to the Support System page, from where he can create the ticket in the same manner.
- Check Ticket Status when the customer clicks on check ticket status he checks the ticket further status and detail by entering the details required (Email / Ticket Number)
