Creating Ticket from Support System option in the top menu 

Generating the Ticket through the option of the Support System Mention, the ticket is assigned to admin only.

The option Support System has a feature to

  1. Create a New Ticket
  2. Check Ticket Status


  • Create a New Ticket from this option when the customer clicks on this he is directed to the Support System page, from where he can create the ticket in the same manner.
  • Check Ticket Status when the customer clicks on check ticket status he checks the ticket further status and detail by entering the details required (Email / Ticket Number)
