6.Order Section of the App ↑ Back to Top
The section is dedicated to syncing orders received on the marketplace. You also get to view the order status (Unfulfilled/Fulfilled/Failed/Canceled) for all the orders that we placed on the marketplace.
Filter and find a specific order
- Go to the Order section from the navigation bar.
- Now, find the filter option available in the right corner of the page and click on it.
- A dialogue box appears that lets you select the filter you wish to apply to find the required result. The options available to you for filtering orders include:

- Order
- Supplier
- Created at
- Quantity
- Source
- Imported at Date
- Status
Customize the rating grid for a personalized view
- Go to the Order section on the navigation bar.
- Find the Customize grid button available in the right corner of the page, next to the filter option.
- Select the options you wish to view on the product grid by ticking the checkboxes for respective attributes. Below you can find the different details to enable/disable from appearing on the product grid.
- Order ID
- Created At
- Source
- Customer
- Supplier
- Amount
- Status
- Actions
How to View Order details and Fulfill shipment?
- Go to the Orders section from the navigation bar.
- Use the filters to search for the order that you wish to view.
- Click on the View button available adjacent to each order delta on the left side of the page. The page displays all the details related to the order including,

- Customer Account details
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Customer Account
- Ordered Items
- Order Totals.
Viewing Shipment Details
- Go to the Orders section from the navigation bar.
- Use the filters to search for the order that you wish to view.
- Click on the View button available adjacent to each order delta on the left side of the page.
- Now, click on the Shipment tab.
- You can view the complete payment information and shipment details at the bottom of the page along with the order details.
