This section demonstrates a list of all the Shopify products that have been synced with the Amazon marketplace. The status for each product keeps updating after specific actions have been performed from the Product Listing section.
You will encounter the following five statuses for your products, once uploaded to the CedCommerce Amazon Channel app.
Not listed: Offer
These are the products that are not yet listed on Amazon but can be listed as offer, meaning other such products are already listed on Amazon and so similar listing can be done for your product through app.
Not listed
When you have just imported your products from the Shopify store to the CedCommerce Amazon Channel app, they get a ‘Not Listed’ status.
Inactive
Products that run out of stock in your Shopify store get listed as ‘Inactive’.
Incomplete
The products that are having insufficient description, inventories, or quantities to prevent themselves from getting listed on Amazon are tagged as ‘Incomplete’.
Active
Once the products have been successfully listed on your Amazon Seller Central account, they get a ‘Active’ status.
Error
When there is a mismatch of data on Amazon and Shopify, such products get an ‘Error’ status.
