How to Set up Business Policies

In order to set up your Business Policies you need to follow the given steps:

  • Payment Policy: Use the drop down to select the policy that you want to use. You can select the existing payment policies available on your eBay account.

    If you don’t have a policy on eBay then you can create directly from eBay seller panel just hit the Click Here button.
  • Shipping Policy: Use the drop down to select the policy that you want to use. You can select the existing shipping policies available on your eBay account.

    If you don’t have a policy on eBay then you can create directly from eBay seller panel just hit the Click Here button.
  • Return Policy: Use the drop down to select the policy that you want to use. You can select the existing return policies available on your eBay account.

Selling Details

  • Item Location: You need to provide the selling details which include Item Location and Zip Code. This lets your Buyers know the ordered product location. Select the country and then enter the zip code for the location of your item.

App Settings

  •  Enable Order Syncing: Toggle between enabling or disabling the order syncing. By default, this is  “Yes”. If you will let the setting “Yes” the orders placed on eBay will be fetched automatically, and if you will change the setting to “No” the orders placed on eBay will not be fetched via the app.
