Failed Orders

To view failed orders,

  1. Go to the Magento 2 Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click on the Tmall Integration.
    The menu appears as shown below:
  3. Click on Failed Orders.
    The Failed Orders page appears as shown below:
  4. All the failed orders along with the reason for failure will be displayed.
