To view help and support

  1. Go to the Magento 2 Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the Newegg B2B Integration menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Click on Help and Support.
    The Help and Support Page appears as shown below:
  4. Here you can visit the Newegg B2B Knowledge base, refer to the extension user guide and connect with CedCommerce via Skype, Tickets, or Mail.
