Front-end View

Once the Admin has installed the Support System extension and set the extension configurations, the Support System link appears on the top navigation bar of the Front-end view.

  • Click the Support System link.
    The Support System Home page appears as shown in the following figure:

The Support System features are available to both type of customers – guest users and the registered users. They can create a new ticket and check the status of the created ticket.
