View Failed Lazada Orders

To view failed orders,

  1. Go to the Magento 2 Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the LAZADA INTEGRATION menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Click on View Failed Orders.
    The Lazada Failed Orders Grid appears as shown below:
  4. The failed Lazada orders along with the reason for failure will be displayed in the grid.
