User Access

As an admin of the Marketplace, you can provide access to your panel to your employees to inspect and manage the marketplace while performing their respective tasks. The app enables giving access to users based on their requirements.

Adding a Subuser

  • Go to the User Access section from the navigation panel.
  • Find the Add Subuser button available in the right top corner of the page. A new page will open.
  • Enter the required details like User Name, email address, and more.
  • Now click on generate a password to create a computer-generated password for the user.
  • Once done, click on the folder/subfolders that you wish to grant access to the user.
  • Finally, click on the Save button to complete the process.

Perform Actions on an existing Subuser

  • Go to the User Access section from the navigation panel.
  • Find the sub-user you wish to view or edit the access for.
  • Click on the VIEW button to view the details of the respective sub-user.
  • Use the dropdown menu and click on the EDIT button to edit the details of the assigned access to the respective sub-user.
  • Use the dropdown menu and click on the DELETE button to delete a sub-user and the access provided to them.

Customize the grid for a personalized view

  • Go to the user access section available on the navigation grid.
  • Find the Customize grid button available in the right corner of the page.
  • Select the options you wish to view on the product grid by ticking the checkboxes for respective attributes. Below you can find the different details to enable/disable from appearing on the product grid.

    • Email
    • Created At
    • Actions
