Connecting with your suppliers becomes easy with the application. The section – Chats, enables you to send and receive messages from the suppliers in case of any discrepancy or redressal.
You can receive as well as compose new messages for a specific supplier.
Filter and find a specific chat in the chat history
- Go to the Chat section from the navigation bar.
- Now, find the filter option available in the right corner of the page and click on it.
- A dialogue box appears that lets you select the filter you wish to apply to find the required result. The options available to you for filtering orders include:

- Chat ID
- Supplier
Create a new chat
- Go to the Chat section from the navigation bar.
- Now find the Compose button available in the top right corner of the page and click on it.
Once you are on the compose message page you need to enter a few details to initiate the chat process.
- Enter the username of the recipient.
- Enter the subject line for the message that is being sent.
- In the event, you need to add an attachment to the message, click on the choose file button and upload the same.
- Next, you need to type the message you intended to send to the supplier in the blank space provided below.
- Once you’ve composed the message, you can hit the send button.
- In case you wish to cancel sending the message to a recipient you can click on the back button to return to the chat section.
