Error information is the 9th item from the top in the left-hand navigation menu and it will show you information about the errors that the app has encountered. When you click on it, a sub-menu will appear with the following items –

This section will keep a record of the errors encountered by the app divided into five different tabs –

• Inventory Error – This tab will keep a record of all the errors related to product inventory.
• Order Shipment – This tab will keep a record of all the errors related to the Shipment of the orders.
• Product Update – This tab will keep a record of all the errors related to updates for a product.
• Order Sync – This tab will keep a record of all the errors related to the synchronization of orders.

Description

This section contains a list of some of the most common errors, their details, and their solutions. The list of errors is divided into two parts. The first part contains the errors related to products, and the other part contains the errors related to orders. Click on any particular error to see their details and the solution.
