By clicking the bold blue button on the upper right-hand corner, you will sync all the newly received eBay orders to the app.

How to import orders in the app?

• Click on the Import eBay Orders button, a pop-up will appear.
• Set the number of days, for which you want your orders to be synced. The previous 30 days’ Unfulfilled orders along with the order details (provided by eBay) will be fetched on the app and created in the Shopify store.

You can view the order syncing status in the “Activities” section.

How to Delete orders from Shopify?

The delete Shopify order feature helps you to delete the orders from Shopify

A dialog box will be flashed asking you to insert the Shopify order ID and click on Delete order.
