At times a few sellers mark the order fulfilled in Shopify and update the tracking details in order later. In that case, enabling the webhook settings will let automatically sync late tracking updates made to an order made on Shopify with the App that will be updated on eBay as well.

NOTE: Once the tracking is updated in Shopify the order updated date will update in Shopify, app, and eBay.

To enable the webhook settings you need to use the dropdown menu and select Yes. By default, the setting is No.
