To see the Failed Order

1. On your OpenCart admin panel, place cursor on CO on the left navigation bar.
2. Click on Failed Order when the menu appears.
3. On clicking it, you will be navigated to the page as:
   
4. All the failed orders are listed here with the reason for failure.

To Delete The Failed Order:

1. Select the order(s) that you want to delete.
2. Click on the delete button as highlighted in the image below:
   
3. The selected order(s) will be deleted.
