View Failed Orders

To View Failed Orders,

  1. Go to the Magento 2 admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click on the Zalora Integration menu.
    The appears as shown below:
  3. Click on Failed Orders.
    The Failed Orders page will appear as shown below:
  4. The failed orders along with the reason for failure are displayed in the grid.
