To Sync the Product Status,

• Go to Magento admin panel.
• On left navigation bar, click Wish and then Wish Product Listing.

• On clicking it, you will be navigated to a page that appears as:

• Select the products for which you want to sync the status.
• Click on Actions on the top left, above the product listing. The menu will appear as:

• As shown in the above image, click the Sync Product(s) Status.
  
• On clicking, you will see a box asking you to confirm your action as:

• Click OK.
• You will the status and the Product(s) status will be updated.
