View Failed Orders

To View Failed orders,

  1. Go to the Magento 2 Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click on VidaXL Integration.
    The menu appears as shown below:
  3. Click on Failed Orders.
    The Failed orders grid appear as shown below:
  4. All the failed orders along with the reason of failure are displayed here.
