Edit the Existing Status

Admin can edit the existing status.

To edit the status

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation panel, click the CED MARKETPLACE menu.
  3. Click Manage RMA Statuses.
    The Statuses page appears as shown in the following figure:

  1. Scroll down to the required Status.
  2. In the Action column, click the Select an option will appear
  3. Click Edit.
    The page appears as shown in the following figure

  1. Make the changes as per the requirement.
  2. Click the Save Status button.
    The changes are saved and a success message appears.
