Edit the Department Details

To edit the department

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the SUPPORT SYSTEM menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

  3. Click Manage Department.
    The Departments page appears as shown in the following figure:

    All the created departments appear on this page. The admin can view all the departments details at one glance.
  4. Scroll down to the required department row.
  5. In the Action column of the respective row, click the Edit link.
    The editing page appears as shown in the following figure:

  6. Make the changes as per the requirement.
  7. Click the Save Department button.
    The changes are saved and a success message appears on the Departments page.
