To View Failed Orders,

1. Go to the Magento 2 Admin Panel.
2. On the left navigation bar, click Amazon Vendor Direct Fulfilment Integration.
   The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
   
3. Click on View Failed orders.
   The Failed orders grid appears as shown below:
   
4. All the failed orders will be displayed on this page.
