Team member can have an online chat conversation with the admin, vendor, and customer on the corresponding Coversation page and view the chat history at the same time. Also, the team member can send an offline message apart from an online conversation. The offline messages are saved in the Chat History section availale on the Coversation page. Thus, whatever conversation takes place between the team member and the user or between the team member and the vendor; either through the online chat coversation or the offline message, it is saved in the Chat History section availale on the Coversation page. Team member can only have the online conversation with the admin.
