Contact Vendors

Team member can send an offline messages to the vendors apart from having an online conversation with them.

To send an offline message to Vendor

  1. Access the Team Member login.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click the Contact Vendors menu.
    The page appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Scroll down to the required vendor listed on the page.
  4. In the Offline Message column, click the Send Message button.
    A dialog box appears.
  5. In the Send Message To Vendor box, enter the required message, and then click the Send button.
    The message is sent to the respective vendor and a success message appears. The team member can view the sent message in the Chat history section available on the Chat Section page later on.

To have an online chat conversation

  1. Access the Team Member login.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click the Contact Vendors menu.
    The page appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Scroll down to the required vendor listed on the page.
  4. In the Online Conversation column, click the Conversation button.
    The Chat Section page appears as shown in the following figure:
  5. Under Comments Section, in the box, enter the message, and then click the Send button.
    The sent message appears in the Chat history section.
