Front-End User Account

Front-end users can have an online chat conversation with the team member on the Chat Section page and view the corresponding chat history at the same time. Also, the user can send an offline message instead of online conversation through one click from the Manage Chat page itself. The offline messages are saved in the Chat History section availale on the Coversation page. Thus, whatever conversation takes place between user and the team member; either through the online chat coversation or the offline message, it is saved in the Chat History section availale on the Coversation page.

To send an offline message

  1. Access the Front-end user login.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click the Chat With Live Support Team menu.
    The Manage Chat page appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Scroll down to the required team member listed on the page.
  4. In the Offline Message column, click the Send Message button.
    A dialog box appears.
  5. In the Send Message To TeamMember box, enter the required message, and then click the Send button.
    The message is sent to the team member and a success message appears. The user can view the sent message in the Chat history section available on the Chat Section page later on.

To have an online chat conversation

  1. Access the Front-end user login.
  2. In the left navigation panel, click the Chat With Live Support Team menu.
    The Manage Chat page appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Scroll down to the required team member listed on the page.
  4. In the Online Conversation column, click the Conversation button.
    The Chat Section page appears as shown in the following figure:
  5. Under Comments Section, in the box, enter the message, and then click the Send button.
    The sent message appears in the Chat history section.
