Order Information:

In this tab, all the order related information is shown – such as Completed Orders, New Orders, Cancelled Orders, Failed Orders and Total Orders.

Total Orders: How many total number of orders you have received either it is in failed order, complete, incomplete, not shipped or under sales order section.

Payment Complete: When a customer makes the payment for the order.

Shipped Orders: Once a seller receives any order then that order needs to be shipped, and it’s status will be updated as shipped.

Canceled Orders: It means that the order has been canceled by the seller or the customer – no further action required (If any order will be canceled, inventory will not get affected for the products)

Failed Orders: Orders will be in failed order if SKU or inventory for that specific order will not be available on your(seller’s) Shopify Store.
