You have the flexibility to manually fetch orders from TikTok Shop & create them on the connector. You have the choice to retrieve either all orders from TikTok Shop or a specific individual order.

Fetch Orders

You can easily fetch your TikTok Shop orders & create them on the app. This will allow you to stay updated on any new orders placed on TikTok Shop.
To retrieve new orders, simply select the ‘Fetch Order’ option available on top of the order listing grid & Within some minutes, any newly placed orders will synced to the app and then Prestashop Store.

Fetch Orders By ID

You can easily fetch your TikTok Shop orders within the app by using a filter based on the TikTok Shop order ID. To retrieve orders, simply click the ‘Fetch Orders By ID’ option available on top of the order listing grid & provide the relevant Order ID.

Within some minutes, the respective order will be created on the app and then Prestashop Store if there is no error in it.
