To view the rejected orders:

1. Go to the PrestaShop Admin panel.
2. In the left navigation panel, place cursor on Coolshop Integration menu.
   The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
   
3. Click Coolshop Rejected Orders. The tab appears as shown in the following figure:
   
4. Then the Coolshop Rejected Orders page appears as shown in the following figure:
5. All the Rejected orders are listed here.
6. In case you wish to cancel any rejected orders from the list, click on the cancel button associated with the rejected order.
