7.2.Bonanza Failed Orders Listing ↑ Back to Top
The users can view the list of failed Bonanza orders on the Bonanza Failed Order Listing page.
Orders cannot be imported from Bonanza due to the following conditions:
- If any product in the Bonanza Order is Out of Stock in Magento Store.
- If any product in the Bonanza Order is disabled in Magento Store.
- If any Product does not exist in Magento Store or is deleted from Magneto after uploading on Bonanza.
- If the selected Payment Method in Bonanza System Configuration Setting is not available in Magento Store.
To view or delete the failed orders
- Go to the Magento Store Admin panel.
- On the top navigation bar, move the cursor over the Bonanza menu, and then point to the Bonanza Orders
A menu appears as shown in the following figure:
- Click Bonanza Failed Orders.
The Bonanza Failed Orders Listing page appears as shown in the following figure:
This page displays the failed orders with the order id and the reason for the failure. - To delete selected failed orders, do the following steps:
- Select the check boxes associated with the required orders.
- Click the Arrow button or anywhere in the Actions
A menu appears as shown in the following figure:
- Click the Delete option, and then click the Submit
The selected orders are deleted and the deletion success message appears on the page.
