To delete the selected status
- Go to the Admin panel.
- On the left navigation bar, click the SUPPORT SYSTEM menu.
 The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
  
- Click Status.
 The Status page appears as shown in the following figure:
  
 All the created status appear on this page. The admin can view all the status details at one glance.
- In Actions list, select the Delete option.
 A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Click the OK button.
 The selected status are deleted and a success message appears on the Status page.
