Add A New Status

To add a new status

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the SUPPORT SYSTEM menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

  3. Click Status.
    The Status page appears as shown in the following figure:

  4. Click the Add Status button.
    The Status page appears as shown in the following figure:

  5. Under Status Information, do the following steps:
    1. In the Status Title box, enter the title of the status.
    2. In the Status Code box, enter the code of the status.
    3. In the Status list, select the required status to enable or disable the status.
    4. In the Background Colour box, click to display the color palette.

      • Move the cursor (Plus sign) over the required color.
        The color and the color code appears in the Background Colour box
    5. Click the Save Status button.
      The status is saved and a success message appears on the Status page. Also, the created status is listed on the page.
