To view help and support

  1. Go to the Magento Admin panel.

  2. On the left navigation bar, click the ALIEXPRESS DROPSHIP menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

  3. Click on Support.
    The Help and Support page appears as shown below:
  4. You can connect CedCommerce via Call, email, or Skype.
  5. To download the user guide of AliExpress Dropship Extension, click on Aliexpress User Guide By CedCommerce under Documentation.
