Chat With Admin
Team member can only have the online chat conversation with the admin.
To have an online chat conversation
- Access the Team Member login.
- In the left navigation panel, click the Chat With Admin menu.
The Chat Section page appears as shown in the following figure: - Under Comments Section, in the box, enter the message, and then click the Send button.
The sent message appears in the Chat history section.
