SWW Order Management: Ground

Step 1: The seller received the order from walmart.ca, then that order gets created on the app (if the ordered product has enough quantity and same SKU exist on the app). Same like given below, in the Ready state:

Step 2: Then, the seller needs to acknowledge the order. Order acknowledgement means the seller can fulfil the order.

Step 3: Once the seller acknowledged the order, then the seller has to pack that order for shipment. Also, Walmart will generate an international label for that particular order.

Note: Walmart sends Label each time to the seller when any new order acknowledged by sellers.

After getting the label, seller pack the order and print the international shipment label (shared by Walmart) from the app.

Step 4: Seller also needs to create a label on their own for domestic shipment (such that to ship the order from seller’s warehouse to Walmart hub.

Important Notes:

1. The seller can ship their order to Walmart Hub, using the same shipping carrier which they normally used to ship orders from the warehouse to the customers.
2. In the case of SWW each time, when the seller received any order from Walmar.ca, they need to ship on the same location (Walmart hub).

Step 5: Paste that domestic label on the box (which contains the address of Walmart hub).

Step 6: Print the label for that order shared by Walmart (from the app),  and get that label pasted on the box.

Step 7: Ship the order to Walmart Hub (also called Carrier’s Gateway).

Step 8: Once the order shipped from the warehouse, the seller needs to update tracking details. Update tracking details (i.e., Tracking Id, Tracking URL, Tracking carrier) on Shopify (if using Shopify store) or enter the details on the app (if directly selling on Walmart without any platform).

Step 9: Now, that order will be received by Walmart Hub (US Gateway).

Step 10: Further, that order will be processed by Walmart. Walmart team Scan label attached the address (customer’s address) and pasted the international label.

Step 11: Then, Walmart carrier ship that order.

Step 12: The order then transferred to the local carrier after that, they delivered it to your customer.

By following the above steps, you need to pick, pack and ship the order to Walmart hub (Walmart Carrier) and then from their Walmart ship it to the customer.
