Before we delve deep into understanding the different fields about the Orders, lets understand buttons on the top-right corner – Fetch Newegg Order, Synchronize Newegg Order, and Sync Order Status.
Upon clicking Fetch Newegg Order, any new order from Newegg is imported on the app panel, similarly synchronize newegg orders syncs all the shopify and newegg orders whereas, Sync order status updates the current order status of the items.
Under this tab, all the data regarding the order placed at Newegg through our app appears.
It has various fields – Order Number, Product SKU, Shopify Order Name, Order Status Description, Invoice Number, Order Date, and then there is action. The brief off all the fields is as following:
Under the failed Order tabs, data – order number, reasons of error and their date – for all the failed order gets displayed.
Also, you can manually enter the data by providing the most apt reason and date in the given fields.
