The connector offers multiple functionalities that enable you to perform bulk actions on your product listings.

You will have access to the following bulk actions:

Bulk Upload

Using the global bulk upload option, you can efficiently list and upload the entire catalog available in the connector module simultaneously on AliExpress. Here are the steps to follow for uploading products in bulk:

1. Start by clicking on “Upload Products to AliExpress”.
2. A pop-up window will appear; from the drop-down menu, select a relevant category template.
3. Once you click on ‘Upload,’ the process will commence. You can navigate to the “Activities” section where you can monitor and track the progress of the product upload process.

You can also upload the specific product(s) by selecting them & clicking on the “Upload Product(s)” action from the bulk action dropdown menu. Further, you also have the option to upload the individual products by clicking the “Upload Product(s)” button located within the actions dropdown next to the Edit button of each product.

Sync Product Status

By utilizing this option, you can synchronize the product status between AliExpress and the connector module. This effectively performs a bulk product status sync, aligning the status of your PrestaShop products with their corresponding statuses on AliExpress.

To sync the status of the products, simply click on the Global “Sync Product Status” button displayed on top of the product listing grid.

Online Products

This option allows you to set products to the “Online” status on AliExpress, making them available for sale. Simply choose the relevant product(s) and use this button to activate them for purchase. You also have the option to make individual products online by clicking the “Online Product” button located within the actions dropdown next to the Edit button of each product.

Offline Products

This option allows you to set products to the “Offline” status on AliExpress, making them unavailable for sale. Simply choose the relevant product(s) and use this button to deactivate them for purchase. You also have the option to make individual products offline by clicking the “Offline Product” button located within the actions dropdown next to the Edit button of each product.

Update Product

Whenever there are changes to the product details, such as title, description, etc, within the connector module or on PrestaShop, select the required product(s) and use this button to sync the updated product information on AliExpress. The connector will ask you to confirm before updating the product(s) on AliExpress. You also have the option to update individual products by clicking the “Update Product” button located within the actions dropdown.

Update Quantity

If you’ve made changes to a product’s quantity within the connector module or on PrestaShop, utilize this option to ensure those updates are reflected on AliExpress as well. To update the product’s quantity, select the relevant products and then select the ‘Update Quantity’ action from the bulk action dropdown. The connector will ask you to confirm before updating the product’s quantity on AliExpress. You also have the option to update the stock of individual products by clicking the “Update Quantity” button located within the actions dropdown of each product.

Update Price

If you’ve made changes to a product’s price within the connector module or on PrestaShop, utilize this option to ensure those updates are reflected on AliExpress as well. To update products’ prices, select the relevant products and then select the ‘Update Price’ action from the bulk action dropdown. The connector will ask you to confirm before updating the product’s price on AliExpress. You also have the option to update the price of individual products by clicking the “Update Price” button located within the actions dropdown of each product.
