To manage Failed Orders

• Go to the Prestashop admin panel.
• In the left navigation panel, place the cursor on Etsy Integration and the section expands as:
  
• Click on Failed Orders
  The tab appears as shown in the figure:
  
• In the section, you can see all failed orders. Suppose if any issues occur while order import so it will get imported with error reason.
