9.2.View Google Express Failed Orders ↑ Back to Top
The users can view the list of failed Google Express orders on the Failed Google Express Orders Import Log page.
In the following conditions, Orders are not imported from Google Express:
- If any product in the Google Express Order is Out of Stock in Magento.
- If any product in the Google Express Order is disabled in Magento.
- If any Product does not exist in Magento or is deleted from Magneto after uploading on Google Express.
- If the selected Payment Method in Google Express System Configuration Setting is not available in Magento.
To view, Google Express failed orders
- Go to Magento Admin Panel.
- On the Google Express menu, point to Google Express Orders, and then click View Google Express Failed Orders.
The Failed Google Express Orders Import Log page appears as shown in the following figure:
This page displays the failed orders with the order id and the reason for the failure.
