Actions on the Product Manager page:

The admin can perform the following actions on the selected products available on the Product Manager page:

• Validate Products: To validate the product before uploading it to the bestbuy.com.  It displays the corresponding validation error if any. If there is no error, it confirms that the product is ready to upload.
• Validate & Upload Products to Bestbuy: To validate the product before uploading it to the bestbuy.com.  It displays the corresponding validation error for all the products if any. If there is no error, then it validates the selected products and then uploads them to the bestbuy.com.
• Validate & Upload Offers to Bestbuy: To validate the offers before uploading them to the bestbuy.com.  It displays the corresponding validation error for all the offers if any. If there is no error, then it validates the selected offers and then uploads them to the bestbuy.com.
• Archive Products On Bestbuy: Submit the action to disable all the selected product on bestbuy.com; it means, all the selected products are removed from the display of the product on bestbuy.com.
• Unarchive Products On Bestbuy: Submit the action to enable the entire selected product on bestbuy.com; it means, all the selected products are made available on bestbuy.com.
• Sync Inventory & Price: To update the price and inventory of the product on bestbuy.com. For example, if the admin has changed the product price and inventory in the Magento store and also wants to change the price and inventory on bestbuy.com then this action is applicable. The price and inventory are updated when the user submits this action for the selected product. This action completes the entire job related to the product inventory and also it manages the quantity related issues.
• Sync Product Status: To get the request from bestbuy.com to update the status of the product on the Magento store. It helps the admin to view the status of the product. For example, unpublished, transmit, data fix, system error, or so on.

To submit actions on the selected products:

1. Go to the Magento Admin panel.On the top navigation bar, point to the Bestbuy menu.The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

2.Click the Manage Profile menu.The Bestbuy Profile Listing page appears as shown in the following figure:

3.On this page, all the available profiles are listed.In the Action column, click the arrow button, and then click Upload Products.The Product Manager page appears as shown in the following figure:

4.To validate the selected products, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

5.In the Actions list, select the Validate Selected Products option, and then click the Submit button.The products validation process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in the product validation, then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.

1. 1. Click the Back button to go back to the Product Manager page.
   2. Correct the issues and then again repeat the process of validating the selected products.

6.To validate and upload the selected products, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

7.In the Actions list, select the Validate & Upload Products to Bestbuy option, and then click the Submit button.
The uploading process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in uploading the product, then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.

1. 1. Click the Back button to go back to the Product Manager page.
   2. Correct the issues and then again repeat the process of validating and uploading the selected products.

8.To validate and upload the selected products, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

9.In the Actions list, select the Validate & Upload Offers to Bestbuy option, and then click the Submit button.
The offers uploading process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in uploading the offers, then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.

   2. Correct the issues and then again repeat the process of validating and uploading the selected products.

9.To archive  the selected products on Best Buy, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

10.In the Actions list, select the Archive Products on Bestbuy option, and then click the Submit button.The products archiving process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in archiving the products, then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.

   2. Correct the issues and then again repeat the process of validating and uploading the selected products.

10.To unarchive  the selected products on Best Buy, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

11.In the Actions list, select the Unarchive Products on Bestbuy option, and then click the Submit button.The products archiving process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in unarchiving the products, then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.

   2. Correct the issues and then again repeat the process of validating and uploading the selected products.

12.To synchronize inventories and the prices of  the selected products with Best Buy, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

13.In the Actions list, select the Sync Inventory & Price option, and then click the Submit button.The synchronization process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in synchronizing the prices and inventories of the products, then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.

   2. Correct the issues and then again repeat the process of validating and uploading the selected products.

14.To synchronize current status of  the selected products onBest Buy, do the following steps:

1. Select the check boxes associated with the required products.

15.In the Actions list, select the Sync Product Status option, and then click the Submit button.The products status synchronization process starts and appears as shown in the following figure:

Note: If there is an error in synchronizing the current product status of the products, on Best Buy then it appears on the page and the Invalid button appears under the corresponding Validation column displayed on the Product Manager page. Otherwise, a success message appears.
