To view help and support,

  1. Go to the Magento 2 Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the OTTO Integration menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Click on Help and Support.
    The Help and Support page appears as shown below:
  4. To view the Otto User Doc, click on Otto Integration Extension User Guide by Cedcommerce.
