When the customer add the product to the cart and proceed to checkout, at the Shipping section he can select the Delivery Date and time,

Now the customer can place the order, and the delivery requirement will be notified for further required places.

At the Customer “My Account” section when the customer can further check the detail of the order which will even display the Delivery Order Information.
