Admin Configuration

After the successful installation of the Order Delivery Date  Extension in the Magento 2 store, the admin has to set up the configuration settings required to enable the add-on and allow the vendors to proceed with the further settings to enable the add-on features for the vendors and the customers.

 

To enable the extension features from Admin panel

  1. Go to the Admin panel.
  2. On the left navigation bar, click the STORES menu, and then click Configuration.
    The Configuration page appears.
  3. Go to CedCommerce DeliveryDate < Delivery Date Configuration

  4. Now on the right you will find the related configuration setting for the extension.

  5. Enable Delivery Date Module, set it to “YES” to avail the feature on your store.
  6. Enable Current Day On Calendar, set the field to “YES” to enable the calendar feature.
  7. Enable Delivery Date For Guest Users, set the field to “YES” to enable this extension features for guest users too.
  8. Display Delivery Date on, selected areas on Order / Invoice / Shipment.


  9. Choose Maximum Days to Display, <Enter the number of days> that you want to get displayed in calendar, so that customer can choose for delivery.
  10. 7 Day Delivery, Allow you to Enable or Disable 7 days Delivery Period.
  11. Select Working Delivery Days, Here the customer can select the Specific days that can be seen by customer for delivery.

  12. Select Timestamp, allows admin to add time slot that customer have on frontend, to select, for the time time of delivery.
