Order Management

Within this section, you can configure your preferences for order synchronization between your Shopify store and AliExpress. These order settings provide automation for key functions:

  • Sync Order: Enable this feature to automatically create AliExpress orders in your Shopify store. The maximum time for creating orders on Shopify will be 10 minutes once it is created on AliExpress.
  • Shopify Order Name as AliExpress Order ID: If enabled, the app will use the AliExpress order ID as the Shopify order name.
  • Shipping Carrier Mapping: This option allows you to link the Shopify shipping carrier with its counterpart on AliExpress. For instance, if you use a carrier called “DHL Europe” in Shopify, and on AliExpress, it’s listed as “DHL” you can map these carriers. Consequently, when you ship a product using “DHL Europe” on Shopify, it will automatically sync and display the corresponding “DHL” shipping carrier on AliExpress.
