Bonanza Failed Orders

The admin can see the failed Bonanza orders from the Prestashop admin panel.

To see the failed order:

  1. Go to Prestashop Admin Panel
  2. On the left navigation bar, place the cursor on Bonanza Integration and you will see it getting expanded as below:
  3. Click on Bonanza Failed Orders and you’ll be navigated to the page as shown below:
  4. On this page, you may see the Bonanza Failed Order with – ID, SKU, Bonanza Order Id, and Reason.
