View the Tophatter Knowledge Base

To view the knowledge base links

 

  1. Go to the Magento Admin panel.
  2. On the top navigation bar, point to the Tophatter menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

  3. Point to the Extras menu, and then click Tophatter Knowledge base/Support.
    The page appears as shown in the following figure:
    Support_page
    Displays the link to help the Magento store owners to raise a ticket and get the queries resolved if required.
