Rakuten Knowledge Base / Support

To view the knowledge base links

 

  1. Go to the Magento Admin panel.
  2. On the top navigation bar, point to the Rakuten menu.
    The menu appears as shown in the following figure:
  3. Point to the Extras menu, and then click Rakuten Knowledge base/Support.
    The page appears as shown in the following figure:

    Displays the link to help the Magento store owners to raise a ticket and get the queries resolved if required.
