View Colizey Failed Orders

To view Colizey failed Orders:

1. Go to the Magento Admin panel.
2. On the top navigation bar, move the cursor over the Colizey menu.

 

3. Point to the Colizey Orders menu. The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

 

4. Click View Colizey Failed Orders. The Failed Colizey Orders Import Log page appears.

 

This page displays the failed orders with the order id and the reason for the failure.
