Navigate to the CED Marketplace > Vendor Configuration. Scroll down on the same page to the Vendor Commission section & in Calculate Commission Fee with addition to Percent, Miscellaneous, and Fixed-Rate, the Product Commission rate is also available selecting which will provide options to set the commission rates product wise.

Select Commission Type as fixed or percentage.
