Live Support Addon for Magento® 2, developed by CedCommerce serves as an efficient tool to establish communication between admin, vendors, and front-end users.
The Live Support add-on enables third party member or a mediator- namely a team member to act as a bridge between admin, vendors, and front-end users. The team member acts as a channel through which the users can forward their queries to the admin and the vendor or vice versa.
Thus, this add-on targets all those users who wanted to have an efficient medium to resolve their queries instantly.
For instance, Mr X has some queries for admin. The Team Member will collect his queries and communicate the same to the admin.
Note: This add-on has a Dependancy on the CedCommerce Marketplace Basic extension and also compatible with the CedCommerce Marketplace Platinum Package extension.
