The admin will map the store categories with the attribute sets by navigating to Catalog> Categories.

It will redirect the admin to a new page as shown below:

The admin must choose the desired attribute set from the Product Attribute Set drop-down list for each category/subcategory. In the current screenshot, we have selected the “Top” attribute set for the Men’s jacket category.
