Failed Order

The BigCommerce store owner can view the list of failed Walmart CA orders on the Walmart Orders Import Error page.

 

In the following conditions, Orders are not imported from Walmart:

  • If any product in the Walmart Order is Out of Stock in the BigCommerce store.
  • If any product in the Walmart Order is disabled in the BigCommerce store.
  • If any Product does not exist in the BigCommerce store or is deleted from the store after uploading to Walmart CA.
  • If the selected Payment Method in Walmart System Configuration Setting is not available in the BigCommerce store.

Admin can perform the following tasks on the Walmart Order Import Errors page:

  • View the current failed order details
  • Cancel Order on Walmart.ca

To view the Walmart failed orders

  1. Go to the Walmart Marketplace Integration App.
  2. On the top navigation bar, click the Order menu.
  3. The menu appears as shown in the following figure:

  4. Click Failed Order.
  5. The Walmart Order Import Errors page appears as shown in the following figure:
